git-lfs-transfer: Add stub for SSH LFS transfer (!855 - merged) aims to bring in the beginnings of support for the git-lfs-transfer command which is documented at https://github.com/git-lfs/git-lfs/blob/main/docs/proposals/ssh_adapter.md and implemented via https://github.com/git-lfs/git-lfs/pull/4446.
