Non-SSL version in not accessible for new sessions

Problem

You cannot access the non-SSL version directly. Try going to http://design.gitlab.com in a private browser tab. Make sure you have no other private sessions (tabs) open.

This could be related to the switch to Auto DevOps in #96 (closed) or related to nginx configuration.
