Some stories have trigger buttons that are expecteds to have the focus
after they have been actioned with in the `play` functions. This adds
assertions to ensure those buttons do have the focus to stabilize visual
regression tests. The screenshots should only be captured when the
buttons have the focus outline.

Unfortunately cypress doesn't support proper sharding. That being said,
we are actually running _three_ different cypress commands, each taking
multiple minutes. So if we split it out into three jobs, it should
reduce our execution time.

Extends the `play` functions to ensure the searchbox has the focus in
`GlFormCombobox` stories.

We have some flakyness in our screenshot tests. This adds a simple
mechanism to retry only failed jobs:

1. Run job as normal, but write results to `tests/results.json`
2. If the job failed, run the jest jobs again, but only limited to the
   ones that failed.

We realize this with a custom jest test sequencer.

When there is existing value & it gets updated with empty array,
it fails to recalculate tokens.
