Remove traces within the JS Code of BootstrapVue, more specific the
variables:

* IS_IE
* HAS_POINTER_EVENT_SUPPORT
* HAS_INTERACTION_OBSERVER_SUPPORT
* CODE_PAGEUP
* installFactoryNoConfig
* pluginFactoryNoConfig

The colors are set in body.scss instead

Add comments marking components as deprecated
following their migration to duo-ui.
