Renamed gl-markdown styles to duo-chat-markdown and updated DuoChat
components to use the newly named styles.
Removed the now unused gl-markdown styles.

BREAKING CHANGE: This effectively removes all of the legacy utility
mixins as well as the generated & published CSS utilities. Consumers
that leverage `gl-` utils should migrate to Tailwind CSS. See
