Suggestions pop-up closes when clicking scroll bar in filtered search

Problem

The suggestions pop-up in the filtered search closes when attempting to click on the scroll bar. The pop-up also closes when trying to open a screenshot tool, suggesting this is related to focus management.

Expected Behavior

The suggestions pop-up should remain open when interacting with the scroll bar, allowing users to scroll through suggestions without the pop-up dismissing.
