Single stat: revisit linkable state

Following up on #1555 (comment 2864594853)

With this latest proposal to move away from adding the additional "See details" link, there is this concern:

My question was more about cases where some stats include a link and others don't. In that case, it wouldn't be clear which ones are clickable, since the link isn't necessarily required.

Instead of adding a separate View details link, we could also visually differentiate the stat itself. For example, by using the link color or an underline (or both, different treatment etc.) to indicate which ones are interactive.
