Image Storyshots boundaries make dropdowns appear incorrect

Goal

As part of our review process, it should be easy to tell if our visual changes to dropdowns impact the correct alignment of the menu items. For example: even though the component is correct, it appears like this:

Possible Solution

Fix the storybook boundaries when taking screenshots, as mentioned here gitlab-org/gitlab-ui!1672 (comment 411938828)
