Make link to GitLab project more clear.

Problem

https://gitlab-org.gitlab.io/gitlab-ui/ does not feature an easily discoverable link towards this project apart from the logo which is a bit ambiguous in this.

Proposal

Add additional copy that similar to the image: to the repo underneath the logo:
