Improve Voice and Tone guidelines
Let's list some of the improvements for the Voice and tone guidelines:
- Clear and not vague (e.g. “Time before an issue starts implementation”)
- Active voice instead of passive voice
- Use of jargon (e.g. “Check out”)
- Don't use words and expressions that have different meanings in the technology or industry (e.g. “Check out this documentation”; “Check out branch”)
