Define content for new “How to think about the design system” guidance page

We’ve identified the need for a new guidance page that explains the philosophy and mental model behind using the design system. The goal is to help designers (all roles?) better understand how to incorporate the system into their daily workflows and decision-making.

Goals:

• Align on the core ideas we want to communicate
• Define an outline or content structure for the page
