Setup automatic update of GitLab-UI package in Playground

Problem

The GitLab-UI package in the Pajamas Playground (https://gitlab.com/dfosco/pajamas-playground) is currently manually updated, which means it will inevitably get outdated with every release.

Proposal

The project should import the latest version of GitLab-UI and have its pipeline re-run and re-deployed for every new release of the library
