Register runners in docker has unnecessary -t & -i
In https://docs.gitlab.com/runner/register/index.html#docker in the part about registering a new runner with docker ( docker run --rm -t -i -v /srv/gitlab-runner/config:/etc/gitlab-runner gitlab/gitlab-runner register
) the -t & -i flags are unnecessary. They also block the command from running during userdata phase of an AWS instance for example, so not only is it unnecessary, it is also counterproductive.
