Trojan: Win32/Spursint.F!cl

Hi, Windows 10 Windows Defender Antivirus is treating gitlab-ci-multi-runner 9.3.0 (3df822b) as Trojan.

Is this false positive or something fishy with this build? The build is downloaded today from https://gitlab-ci-multi-runner-downloads.s3.amazonaws.com/latest/binaries/gitlab-ci-multi-runner-windows-amd64.exe and Windows Defender never treated Runner as Trojan before
