Add information about exit code handling on Windows into the FAQ
Most programs on Windows fallow the standard of
exit code 0 on success. Thanks to 864fdbfa a job running on Windows (whether in Batch or PowerShell) should fail with the first failing command in the job's script.
However some programs may exit without any exit code or with some other value for the success.
We should add information about it into the FAQ. User, who is using such program, should manually add to the script a check for a proper exit code. Without it a job will succeed even if the particular command will fail.
