I registered a runner in my Gitlab server of windows 10 system. I would like to operate git clone but it reacted an error message as follows:  I follow the details of [https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner/issues/1914] to do some update but failed.  How to solve this issue? Any one can help me? It is urgent.
