In [MR #2329](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner/-/merge_requests/2329) we added a symlink at `/usr/lib/gitlab-runner` for backward compatibility, which we should remove for the %"14.0" release. See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner/-/issues/3440#note_378285376
