FATAL: Command sh not found in gitlab-runner docker

Gitlab-runner version: 11.8.0. Gitlab version also same.

gitlab-ci.yml

I am using gitlab-runner ubuntu docker to run. but when i run CI, it is giving "FATAL: Command sh not found." issue. Please help
