Deprecate PKCS7 functionality as it is not maintained

Context: !6016 (comment 3011093775)

In Update pkcs7 library (!6016 - merged), we updated the pkcs7 package to a mozilla fork which was last updated on 2024/09/05 .

Based on earlier conversations, we want to remove this functionality but that can be a breaking change.
