error "clear-docker-cache.sh" : Error response from daemon: client version 1.41 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.44, please upgrade your client to a newer version

Hi,

since Docker Update to Version "29.0.1", the clear-docker-cache-script shipped with gitlab-runner throws an error:

"Check and remove all unused containers (both dangling and unreferenced) including volumes.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error response from daemon: client version 1.41 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.44, please upgrade your client to a newer version"

I think is has something to do with within the script:
