[K8S Dogfooding] git error fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at '/builds/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner'

When running unit tests in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner/-/jobs/9438524012#L44 we get the error fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at '/builds/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner'.

This is likely an overall configuration/image error that happens with the Operator and UBI images.
