GitLab Runner Operator No Longer Available In Openshift 4.17 Operator Hub

We have learned that the GitLab runner operator that had previously been available in RedHat's Operator Hub for OpenShift, is no longer available in version 4.17 of OpenShift Container Platform. Please see text below:

"The GitLab Runner Operator was removed from the RedHat Operator Hub with the release of OpenShift 4.17 due to compatibility issues and the need for updates to align with the latest OpenShift standards1. This decision was made to ensure stability and performance within the OpenShift environment. GitLab is working on addressing these issues and plans to reintroduce the operator once it meets the necessary requirement."

Is there an estimate for when the operator will be made available in OpenShift 4.17?
