ECR image cleanup pipelines are failing

The build is fixed by Fix build (gitlab-org/ci-cd/runner-tools/runner-docker-images-registry-cleanup!1 - merged) • Georgi N. Georgiev | GitLab • 17.8 but the ECR credentials seems to have been invalidated for some reason.
