Minimal permissions required for S3 cache

Problem to solve

Based on what I gathered/tested, it appears that only s3:GetObject and s3:PutObject actions are required for S3 cache to work. Looking at the code, I was not able to find actions that require the s3:GetObjectVersion or s3:DeleteObject permission.

Proposal

If indeed so, I will propose that we update the docs to reflect this.
