Doc: Runner registration audit events documentation missing

Problem to solve

The documentation for runner registration audit event is missing. Under the Audit event types for runner, there is just one audit event.

The Audit event types doc is now autogenerated from the yml files at ee/config/audit_events/types/. The autogenerated document (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/doc/user/compliance/audit_event_types.md?plain=1#L8) replaced the original audit events doc, which used to be manually updated. All audit events are supposed to have a corresponding yml file.

Some runner audit events are present in the Groups and projects category section. Someone from the runner team can create an MR to update the feature_category in the yml.
