CI_JOB_STATUS variable value should be `canceled` while canceling

Summary

$CI_JOB_STATUS is set to failed while the job is canceling but it is documented as being canceled.

❗ Why is this important? to allow users to opt-out of the breaking change.

$CI_JOB_STATUS is set to failed while the job is canceling

Expected behavior

$CI_JOB_STATUS is set to canceled while the job is canceling
