Pass SENTRY_DSN to helper to report errors from helper commands

Description

• Currently only errors on the runner proper have the potential to be sent of to Sentry.
• When managing a custom runner setup it is not easy to pick up on system failure vs job failures due to branch changes, but having clearly system level error be reported will make it easier to identify systemic problems.

Proposal

• Pass along the SENTRY_DSN (if present) to the helper container and initialize Sentry to provide insight into those commands failing.
