Duplicated logs in journald - gitlab-runner. Ubuntu xenial package

Exec command in systemd file for gitlab-runner has --syslog argument, at the same time logs are redirected to syslog by design with systemd == duplicated logs in journald.

For example: journalctl -u gitlab-runner
