Regression: pwsh shell on windows - unicode characters are corrupted
Summary
We wanted to update our runners from 14.8.3 to 15.1 and ran our Regression-Tests and found out, that the following bug is active again:
We cant update our runner as long as this bug is not solved. So this is high prio for us.
Can you please add a regression test to your own test-suite, so it does not pop up again?
Our GitLab-Version: 15.1.2
Used GitLab Runner version
Our currrent runner version: 14.8.3 (working) Not working runner versions: 14.9.0 and all above
