Provide .zip archive for Windows users
Description
As requested by customer:
Please make the gitlab runner as ".zip" file available. ".exe" files are blocked in most companies. Zipfiles mostly pass even if executables are included.
Proposal
Upload ".zip" alternative to S3 so that to allow users in corporate environments to download the runner.
