Brainstorm of ideas on what needs doing to improve ensure quality

This is a brainstorm issue. Not intended to directly generate any actions from it but to spark separate action issues.

I'd like to focus on what we can do to build confidence in the quality of our application ahead of a release or deploy. Currently we have a unit test pipeline with some integration tests mixed in.
