Links are broken with renaming of gitlab-runner project

Summary

All links that were pointing to the gitlab-ci-multi-runner are now broken, there is no redirection to the gitlab-runner project.

Perhaps links from the GitLab official documentation will eventually be updated. But all past emails, forums, stackexchange, etc. links are now broken and most will never be corrected.

Steps to reproduce

Example, go to this official documentation chapter https://docs.gitlab.com/runner/executors/docker.html#the-services-health-check and click on the Dockerfile link. It is broken.

Actual behavior

HTTP 404

Expected behavior

Getting redirected to the page on the new project.
