unexpected service stop ... and no automatic restart

I'm running windows (bleeding version) runner attached to https://gitlab.com/chipitsine/virlab/ , sometimes (about once per week) it stops

it does not give a clue why exactly it stopped. I suggest to provide more details here

why not to enable automatic restart ?

(I'll leave only unexpected stop here, will open another issue for automatic restart)
