QNX support for Gitlab runners (not planned for implementation)

• GO does not support QNX. In addition, we must carefully consider including other platforms or operating systems into the GitLab Runner support matrix. Therefore I don't see us at this time, or in the near-future adding support of QNX to the official Runner distribution.
