Installing runner in a location with a space doesn't work
When a Windows runner is installed in a location with a space in the path the runner doesn't work (eg C:\Program Files\GitLab\Runner).
When the runner is triggered it creates a file in the root [C:\Program] that contains the certificate and gives the following output:
gitlab-ci-multi-runner 1.1.2 (78b3f82)
Using Shell executor...

Cloning into 'C:/Program Files/GitLab/Runner/builds/[...]'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://gitlab-ci-token:xxxxxx@gitlab.com/[...]': error setting certificate verify locations:
CAfile: C:\Program Files\GitLab\Runner\builds\[...]\GIT_SSL_CAINFO
CApath: none
ERROR: Build failed: exit status 128
Installing the runner in a location without a space in the path does work as expected.
