If cache was enabled once, disabling has no effect

We're using 1.0.2 runners. When I had cache enabled for a job it always restores the cache, even if I remove the cache setting from the job.

Looks like the runner finds the cache and restores it, no matter what.

Only workaround for me: Move the project to a new runner.
