Run GUI Tests on Windows

Is it possible to run GUI-Tests on Windows from the service?

The service is installed an configured to login as a user. When the service runs the tests, I can see the GUI Process in the Task Manager, but it never shows up on Screen.

Is there an option to run the service in a terminal of my logged in user? Any hints?
