[Guide] GitLab 7.3 - CentOS 7 - MySQL - Nginx

This is a guide for deploying GitLab 7.3-stable on CentOS 7 with MySQL and Nginx. As is known to all, MySQL is no longer included in CentOS 7 repos, as well as Redis and Nginx. Thus, there're several differences between deploying GitLab on CentOS 7 and that on CentOS 6 series.
