Web Server Recipes - Doesn't Support KAS

The web server recipes don't include the proxy directives required for KAS to work properly.

For instance, /-/kubernetes-agent/ needs to be forwarded to localhost:8150 and /-/kubernetes-agent/k8s-proxy/ to localhost:8154.
