Test attachments replication with GitLab Geo
Description
We might want to add integration tests for attachments replication in the Geo setup.
Scenario
Suggested scenario:
- orchestrate GitLab Geo using existing mechanisms / entrypoints
- add an issue with attachment on primary
- verify whether attachment is available on the secondary in the issue
