New scenario for transferring a project to another group

This scenario tests that transferring a project from one group to another group works.

Steps:

1. Create a group called target-group
2. Create a another group called source-group
3. Create a new project with a README.md file under source-group
4. Add some text to the README.md file.
5. Transfer the project from source-group to target-group using Settings > General > Advanced > Transfer project
6. Ensure the project is transferred. Also ensure that the README.md file has the expected contents.
