New scenario to ensure that a push creates a pipeline

Part of #53 (moved).

Steps:

1. Setup a project
2. Push a commit
3. Visit the pipelines page
4. Ensure that a new pipeline has been created for the commit (no need to ensure that the pipeline has started)
