Solve scalability issues with the Pages filesystem data

Right now, its seems like its impossible to extract Pages into its own service for various reasons, for example: #58 (closed)

But next to that, its hard to split if they have to share the filesystem. IMO we should split it and give Pages its own filesystem.

This would require it to also do the deploy process itself. First thought is that this wouldn't be so difficult if we have access to the artifacts, which we'll soon have through the API.
