Prevent direct access to namespace.gitlab.io

It would be great after setting up my custom domain, I could prevent GitLab pages from serving my site off of the default https://namespace.gitlab.io/.

Multiple custom domain support is a cool feature that GitHub pages doesn't have, but the current implementation does take away the possibility of a single canonical domain.
