Add ability to configure Load Balancer Node Type

Use Case

Add the ability to configure a provisioned stand alone Load Balancer node type using terraform.

Scope of Work

Add ansible code that will configure a provisioned Load Balancer node type.

Contextual Information

This is required to support full reference architecture deployments via Orchestrator.

Acceptance Criteria

Deploy a multi-side node that includes a configured stand alone Load Balancer.
