Support using the Orchestrator to deploy multi-node GitLab on AWS

Summary

The Orchestrator tool is initially being built to automate multi-node deployments of GitLab on GCP. This issue is to track demand for extending the Orchestrator to deploy GitLab on AWS

Use cases

We need to consider the following use cases and develop a roadmap and prioritization for which use cases to support in what order.

• Customers using the components bundled with Omnibus GitLab to deploy a scaled architecture on AWS
• Customers using AWS native components to scale their GitLab deployment on AWS
• Customers using their own Cloud Formation scripts that they want to integrate with Orchestrator (apply Orchestrator labeling standards so they can use Orchestrator's run jobs)
• Customers wanting to using the GitLab AMIs in the Marketplace for business reasons (i.e. they purchased GitLab Ultimate through the marketplace)
