Download repository as Zip doesn't work

We have encounter a problem with our local installation.

We use GitLab Community Edition 8.1.2 8c8af7b with the gitlab-git-http-server 0.3.0-3-g4cb2d351-20151027.132116

When we try to download an repository as zip/tar.gz etc we get only an json meta document as response.
