Make it easier to download files from commit view

Problem

Currently, when using the commit detail view, there is no way to download the file(s) in an easy way. (I commonly use this flow to quickly check out design files which need a download before being inspectable)

Proposal

  • Clone or download repository as .zip with that commit as HEAD locally
  • Download file (similar as blob view of file)
  • Download all files, but only the ones affected by that commit
