3 (three) problems with gitlab export/import

While I intended to report only first problem, i managed to create reproducer for three gitlab import related problems.

1. git commit references in issue body or notes are not linked

2. user who is member of the exported project is always added as "default import" user (user root with admin@example.com email). also reported as #36342 (moved)

i have to make real change to note to make them linked (just doing edit and save with no changes has no effect)

3. issue count shows (0) even if there is (1) imported issue

it goes to (1) once you visit issues view.
