My burn down chart is blank / timezone issue w/ milestone start date

https://gitlab.com/ISITE-Software/vagrant/milestones/2 The chart is blank. I have 50+ issues in the milestone, a start date <= today, and end date of 2 weeks from now. However there is no data on burn down chart, just a blank chart. I've tried waiting a few minutes & reloading a bunch of times. Still blank. Tried updating issues, doesn't populate chart no matter what I do. My last milestone had no issues with the chart. For some reason this milestone does.
